LangGig is always committed to establishing a fair, open and just platform.
As a neutral platform service provider, LangGig is willing to work hand in hand with honest, trustworthy and enterprising users to jointly establish and maintain a platform order characterized by positive interaction, health and order.
Before logging in, using and accepting LangGig services, users must carefully read the terms of this statement and agree to the contents of this statement.
Any direct or indirect use of LangGig services and data by users (including but not limited to: quoting platform content, etc.) shall be deemed as unconditional acceptance of all contents of this statement; if users have objections to any terms of this statement, please immediately stop using all services provided by LangGig.
1. When using LangGig services, users must comply with local laws and regulations, policies, and operational rules set by the platform or platform third parties. Users shall bear all consequences arising from their use of LangGig services, and LangGig has the right to delete content that violates the above commitments.
2. Any information published by users through LangGig services and any views expressed do not represent the position of LangGig. LangGig makes no warranty regarding its completeness, authenticity, accuracy and reliability. Users must make their own judgments about illegal, immoral, erroneous or other inappropriate information they may encounter on LangGig, as well as content that is misclassified or fraudulently published. Under any circumstances, any losses or injuries caused by the aforementioned inappropriate information shall be borne by the relevant responsible parties themselves.
3. LangGig only provides storage space for content published by users. For all content published or reposted by users, LangGig does not provide any form of guarantee: it does not guarantee that the content meets your requirements, and does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted. If you are unable to use LangGig normally due to any reason such as network conditions, communication lines, third-party websites or requirements of management authorities, LangGig shall not bear any legal liability.
4. Given that the platform cannot actually control the content of pages pointed to by external links set up for user convenience, LangGig cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of such external links. If users discover that other users have uploaded illegal or infringing content during the use of LangGig services, they can report to LangGig operators according to the "Infringement Complaint Guidelines" procedure, and relevant personnel will verify and handle it as soon as possible.
5. LangGig shall not bear any legal liability for service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond LangGig's reasonable control, but will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to users thereby.
6. Users acknowledge and agree that LangGig operators may cooperate with third parties to provide products or services to customers. In such cases, the third party is responsible for subsequent work such as product upgrades, maintenance, and customer service. Any disputes or user losses caused by quality issues of such products or their own reasons shall be borne by the third party. Users hereby agree to assert all related rights and claim compensation for losses from such third parties.
7. Unless otherwise specified, if a product or service provided by LangGig operators does not indicate a usage period, or if the usage period is marked as "permanent," "indefinite," or "unlimited," then its usage period shall be from the time the user starts using the product or service until the product or service is taken offline from LangGig.
8. Users understand and agree that the tokens they obtain by completing platform tasks are proof of entitlement to remuneration, not legal currency. The exchange rate between tokens and US dollars, minimum withdrawal amount, withdrawal review period and rules are all unilaterally set by the platform and may be adjusted. The platform has the right to review users' withdrawal applications. If users violate platform rules, the platform has the right to refuse their withdrawal applications, freeze their account assets or take other restrictive measures according to the rules.
9. LangGig has the right to modify this statement according to changes in laws and regulations or business adjustment needs. The modified statement will be notified to users through platform announcements, internal messages and other means. If users continue to use LangGig services after the content of this statement is modified, it shall be deemed as agreement to the updated statement.
10. The right to interpret, modify and update this disclaimer belongs to LangGig.
